I have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that Beximco Pharmaceuticals of Dhaka sent 20 boxes of medicine to my shop named Sumona Drug House on 15 September 2021. But most regretfully some boxes arrived at Khulna Railway Station in a quite deplorably damaged condition. Many plastic containers of medicine were found distorted and numerous pieces of tablets in a damaged state. We informed the station master duly.
